Charming old-world atmosphere with easy access to attractions.
The room cleanliness was disappointing. we found spiders and flies. The bathroom lacked proper toiletries like shampoo. Additionally, the noise from the street and the loud locks made it hard to relax at night.

A delightful breakfast surprise
Our stay was enhanced by Michela and Francesco's hospitality. They provided valuable local tips and crafted a lovely breakfast tray each morning that made our days start on a high note.
However, navigating with luggage was tricky due to the narrow, uneven sidewalks of Florence, and the lack of an elevator required us to haul our bags up a flight of stairs.

What a wonderful place to stay! The decor felt authentically Florentine and added charm to my experience. Breakfast delivered to my room each morning was a delightful touch, especially the fresh, warm croissants. The location was unbeatable—just steps away from the Duomo and easy walking distance to other attractions. The staff was friendly, and their willingness to accommodate my early breakfast requests was much appreciated. However, navigating the narrow, uneven sidewalks with my luggage was a bit challenging, especially since the building doesn’t have an elevator. Overall, it was a memorable stay!

The central location, just steps from the cathedral, made exploring effortless. The room was tidy and well-stocked with complimentary coffee and tea, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere. However, the mattress quality left something to be desired, and there were some noise issues from outside. Also, expect that cash may be needed for local taxes upon check-out.
